Project Overview

In one of our most ambitious content undertakings to date, we partnered with Bockstael Construction to produce a 20+ minute internal presentation film that captured the full scale of their operations, from jobsite dust to leadership vision. Our team visited every single active Bockstael project, filming across Winnipeg and southern Manitoba, to create a high-impact video that would premiere at their annual Town Hall event.

With over 200 Bockstael employees in attendance, the video served as both a celebration and a unifier, pulling together updates, progress, and the heartbeat of the company into one cohesive story.

A cinematic recap of Bockstael’s active project sites, culture, and purpose — brought to life for 200+ team members.

Why This Was Different

This wasn’t marketing. It wasn’t for external eyes. It was something deeper: a visual affirmation of the work, people, and pride that fuel the Bockstael name every day. This was about bringing the field and the office together, recognizing everyone’s role, and aligning the entire company under one story.

How We Pulled It Off

With an intense, compressed timeline, our crew deployed across multiple job sites in a matter of weeks, capturing everything from crane picks to steel work, concrete pours, wood framing, and field coordination in action. We worked shoulder-to-shoulder with site teams to ensure every shot honoured the work without disrupting it.

We also took time to sit with leadership and field teams, digging into not just what they were building, but why it mattered.

Solution.
Delta Water Products was in a transition period during the acquisition of several companies in the water sector across Western Canada. They were looking for a cohesive brand stance and a new look and strategy that could bring all the brands under one roof in phases, allowing time for the business acquisition to take place.
