Project Overview
The Seven Oaks School Division’s first-ever Anishinaabemowin‑named school — “Mino Pimatisiwin” means “the good life” or living in harmony. This 87,900 ft², dual-track English/French K–8 school (plus childcare) is set to welcome over 600 students in Aurora and is designed to embody community, cultural connection, and sustainable learning.

On‑Site Identity + Partnership
We joined Parkwest Projects on behalf of Merit Manitoba to capture the development of the new École Mino Pimatisiwin. We interviewed Tyler Clegg and toured the site, capturing how this build is more than concrete and steel. It’s a community effort:
- Conversations with Tyler and the Parkwest leadership gave depth to the value-driven mission beneath each beam.
- We documented not just the build, but the vision behind it, honoring indigenous roots, partnerships, and educational impact.
Visual Strategy & Key Deliverables
Our goal was simple: put people and purpose front and center. Tyler Clegg shared what this school means to the community, culturally and educationally.
Cinematic Environment
Shot sweeping footage of construction in action: classroom wings, foundation work, brick laying, and construction hustle... all connecting build to philosophy.
Media Assets
